Payment options weren't as clear as I think they could have been, and moving around through the website. I had to ask my bidders for help. I tried to search the Customer Support, but my questions were not listed. If needed, I'll use uShip again.

I was not clear that on take up there was an automatic acceptance to show as booked - I had thought that you could still opt in or out. This should be made clearer - as if you get an offer for an earlier delivery you may wish to take this up. The carrier was totally happy luckily to just cancel.
